Arrival Policy
Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your treatment to complete a health form.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. If this notice is not provided, a 50% fee of the reserved service will be charged (up to the day before the appointment). Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur the full cost of the scheduled service.
Reservations
A credit card number is required for all reservations to secure your appointment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in your massage therapist's services and are at your discretion.
